Morning fog in the village of Angelica, New York. Angelica was first settled in 1802 and established in 1805 by Captain Philip Church, nephew of Alexander Hamilton. The town is named after his mother, Angelica Schuyler Church. Angelica is filled with many historic buildings many of which are included in the National Historic District.
